Insured Patients

Southern Medical Care accepts most insurance plans and our providers are in-network with most major insurance carriers. However, we encourage you to contact your insurance company and verify your coverage prior to your appointment. Southern Medical is not responsible for charges incurred due to non-covered services. Below is a condensed list of commonly accepted insurances, please review it before scheduling and appointment. If your insurance carrier is not listed below or if you are still unsure please call and speak to our Front Desk staff. Also, you will be asked to provide a valid, government issued, photo ID as well as your insurance card upon check in. Please remember to bring these items with you to your appointment.

Uninsured Patients

At Southern Medical Care we understand that not all patients have access to health insurance. For that reason, we offer discounted prices for selected services, you may contact our office for specific prices. Our office visits *start at $100 for NEW patients and $75 for established patients.
